When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. UK orders are sent by either Royal Mail 1st class or by carrier depending upon the size of the order, collections are not accepted. All UK orders over the value of £34(Before Shipping) will require a signature upon delivery. If a delivery attempt is made where there is no occupant an extra delivery charge may be made. Although deliveries are generally made in 1-3 days please allow up to 15 days for delivery. All overseas orders will require a signature upon delivery.

All prices shown are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Postage charges are additional to the product prices shown.

Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure(SSL) link. We do not store customers credit card information.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. Products should be returned in an unused resaleable condition complete with undamaged packaging. The original delivery charge will not be refunded. To return a product please contact us first using the contact form with details of the fault found. Should you receive a product which you believe to be faulty please contact us. A replacement product or refund will be issued should the item be found to be faulty. Items returned to us as faulty which are subsequently found not to be faulty will be returned to the buyer, an extra delivery charge may be applied. Goods returned to ourselves are done so at the buyers cost and responsibility.

All goods come complete with a standard 1 year manufacturers warranty.
